Royal Jelly is a bee product made for the nourishment
of the Queen Bee. Royal Jelly is named so as it serves as the sole food
for the queen bee. It is secreted by worker bees in the hive, and is a
milky white color when created. It contains many of the most essential
nutrients, including: all the B vitamins, vitamins A, C, D, E and K, more
than12 important minerals, 18 amino acids, and other important constituents,
including collagen and lecithin. Royal Jelly is nutritious food that is
taken by an increasing number of people as an alternative nutritional
supplement.
Royal jelly is so complex that it has not yet been possible to fully analyze
it. Of course, it is impossible to synthesize it in a lab! We do know
that it contains the following: natural hormones, all of the B-complex
vitamins, and it is rich in pantothenic acid. It also contains nucleic
acids, essential amino acids, essential fatty acids (especially Omega
3's), acetyl choline, lecithin, collagen and gamma globulin - a key component
of the immune system. Of all of the Superfoods, Royal Jelly is the most
intriguing, both nutritionally and effectively!
Although royal jelly has been traditionally known to prolong youthfulness
and improve the skin beauty, evidence indicates that this substance increases
energy, alleviates anxiety, sleeplessness, moodiness, memory loss, and
bolsters the immune system. Royal jelly is also rich in nucleic acids,
RNA and DNA. Gelatin, another significant component, is one of the precursors
of collagen, which is another component of royal jelly. Collagen is an
anti-aging element that keeps the skin looking smooth and youthful.
